Label vial with final concentration. 100,000 nanograms /mL for 0.5 mg vial OR 300,000 nanograms /mL for 1.5 mg vial Step 4: For 3000ng/mL bag dilution, withdraw 3 mL of 100,000 nanog/mL solution OR 1 mL of 300,000 nanog/mL solution and add sufficient STERILE DILUENT for FLOLAN to make a total of 100 mL in a150 mL viaflex bag. For 5000ng/mL bag dilution, withdraw 5 mL of 100,000 nanog/mL solution OR 1.7 mL of 300,000 nanog/mL solution and add sufficient STERILE DILUENT for FLOLAN to make a total of 100 mL in a150 mL viaflex bag. For 10,000ng/mL bag dilution withdraw 3.3 mL of 300,000 nanog/mL solution and add sufficient STERILE DILUENT for FLOLAN to make a total of 100 mL in a 150 mL viaflex bag. For 15,000ng/mL bag dilution, withdraw 5 mL of 300,000 nanog/mL solution and add sufficient STERILE DILUENT for FLOLAN to make a total of 100 ml in a150 mL viaflex bag. For 30,000ng/mL bag dilution, withdraw 10 mL of 300,000 nanog/mL solution (requires 2 vials) and add sufficient STERILE DILUENT for FLOLAN to make a total of 100 ml in a150 mL viaflex bag.
