
RotoSaw™ – 5.5 amps, 30,000 RPMs – Most compact, lightweight Spiral Saw®, is specifically
designed to tackle plunge and freehand cuts in nearly any building material, including tile, wood,
plastic, laminate, underlayment and drywall. The RotoSaw is compatible with more than 20
different cutting bits and features improved ergonomics and built-in dust collection system.

ZipSaw™ – 7.0 amps – The new ZipSaw combines the best features of flush-cut saws and
angle grinders, offering users a more powerful, purpose-built cut-off saw. It features a slim,
ergonomically designed body and is outfitted to handle multiple applications. Built-in dust
collection reduces airborne debris for improved visibility.

RZ2000® – 6.0 amps, 30,000 RPMs – Latest line of Spiral Saw technology, ideal for specialty
cuts in wood, metal, Plexiglas, drywall, ceramic wall tile and even porcelain floor tile. Contains an
integrated dust port, improved attachment interface and advanced 6A motor for more power and
control. Constant Speed Control circuitry maintains speed under load.

RZ1500® – 5.7 amps, 30,000 RPMs – Based on end-user feedback, RotoZip completely
redesigned the RZ5 and RZ10 Spiral Saw tools and consolidated them into one model – the
RZ1500. Added durability, a sturdy, easier to use attachment interface, and an improved motor
makes this tool superior to its predecessors.
Accessories

XCORES™ – Three vacuum-brazed diamond hole saws certified for 33,000 RPM cut tile, stone
and countertops up to 11/4 inches thick. XCORES operate at speeds ten times faster than
existing premium tile hole saws and last four times longer.

XBITS™ – Features 14 bits that are the strongest, fastest and most versatile bits ever for cutting
drywall, underlayment, laminate flooring, tile, metal, wood and multi-purpose materials. The
diamond floor tile XBIT contains 2.5 carats of diamond grit and cuts through hard tiles such as
porcelain and granite up to 1/2-inch thick. The XBIT line is contractor rated for maximum
durability.

XWHEELS™ – Four four-inch diameter wheels, one for wood, one for tile, one for metal and the
other for multipurpose/demolition, make clean, fast cuts when used with the XSHIELD in both
open stock material or as a flush-cut blade.

ZIP®BITS – An assortment of six bits designed to cut through drywall, tile, cement, wood and
other common building materials up to one-inch thick.

ZIP®WHEELS – Three specially designed cut-off wheels designed to cut materials including
masonry, metal, ceramic tile, brick fiberglass and laminates.
Attachments and Stations

Tile Dock™ – The versatile tile-cutting station provides secure, stable and portable cutting
support for quicker, more accurate cuts with less broken tile. A quick-clamping system secures
tile sizes of any orientation and thickness.

ZM5 ZIP MATE® – The ZM5 ZipMate right angle attachment is for use with high performance
cutting wheels. It quickly and easily converts the RZ2000 into an ultra-compact circular and
flush-cut saw, The ZM5 ZipMate is designed with a precision gear set for smooth, easy cuts with
added durability for a longer life.

XSHIELD2™ Flush Cut Guard – The XSHIELD2 Flush Cut Guard Attachment functions similar
to the blade housing and guard of a cutoff saw, providing more versatility to cut faster, farther
and flush. The attachment includes a pivoting die-cast aluminum foot for stability and quick blade
adjustments up to 3/4-inch deep. A built-in dust port improves visibility. The XSHIELD2 works
with both Zip®Wheels and XWHEELS™ and is available as a retrofit guard for older ZipMates on
the market.

RotoZip Direct Drive™ - The RotoZip Direct Drive™ attachment and high-speed wheels are
uniquely designed for Spiral Saw cutting applications to be faster, easier to maneuver, and
longer lasting. The in-line design extends cutting wheels into hard-to-reach places, providing
more speed and improved durability for steel, copper and plastic applications.

JSH5 Jig Saw Handle – Converts the ROTOZIP into the only 360-degree jig saw with a stable
base and comfortable handle for both horizontal and vertical work. Integrated trigger provides
easier switch actuation and control while cutting, and a non-marring base moves smoothly over
your project without damaging the finish.

DM5 Dust Management Kit – Lightweight, flexible Hose routes along tool, helping you to
maintain cutting control. A universal adaptor connects to most standard vacuum hoses

Straight Edge Guide – Allows for effortless straight cutting and routing.

CRCT4 Circle Cutter Guide – Enables fast, clean and perfect circle cuts in seconds with
diameters ranging from 3.5 to 12 inches. Great for installing recessed lighting in ceiling tile or
home audio in a wall.

Grout Removal – Converts the ROTOZIP into a quick and easy grout-removal tool for 1/16-inch
or wider and depth adjustment capabilities up to 1/2-inch.
