Switch off fridge. 2. Remove all food and place in temporary refrigerated storage. 3. Remove loose soil with a clean cloth. 4. Wash shelves, interior and external surfaces (including the top) with hot water and detergent. 5. Ensure rubber seals are cleaned with a brush. 6. Spray with sanitiser. 7. Allow to air dry before replacing food. 8. Switch on fridge. - Clean cloth - Brush - Bucket - Detergent - Sanitiser Walls, Cupboards, Drawers and Fans - PSA - Weekly 1. Remove dust and loose soil with clean cloth. 2. Apply detergent and wash. 3. Rinse with hot water. 4. Spray with sanitiser. 5.
