PLEASE READ THROUGH THE BOOKING DETAILS BEFORE YOU SEND US YOUR
BOOKING; IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
HOW TO BOOK
Decide on the hothouse event that you want to attend, fill in the booking form – one for each
person and one for each course (you can photocopy this booking form if you need extra forms). It
is essential that one form per person per course is completed. Post, fax or E Mail it to us.
We will send you an acknowledgement slip to confirm your booking within 3 working days of
receiving your application.
We will send you further information including a map approximately 2 weeks before the start of
the course
CHARGES FOR TENANTS
 Charges for tenants to attend is FREE. However if you do not attend we will send you an
invoice for £20 including VAT which we expect you to pay within 28 days.
CHARGES FOR STAFF
Priority is given to tenants for all places. Costs for staff are £123.35 including VAT.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing.
 Any delegate who cancels their place or fails to attend will be invoiced for £20
This rule will only be waived in the following circumstances
 Illness to themselves or a close family member/carer/friend/dependent
 Family circumstances such as bereavement/emergency
If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate at no extra cost. Please notify
TPAS if you are sending a substitute delegate.

TPAS RIGHT TO CANCEL
We aim to make sure that the courses run as planned. However, there may be times when, due
to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel the course. Should this be the case we
will give you as much notice as possible. If you have already paid for the cancelled course we will
give you a full refund. Should we run the course again, we will give you priority. Unfortunately, we
are unable to reimburse any expenses you may incur.
QUALITY
We aim to provide good quality courses, run by experienced and qualified trainers in accessible
and comfortable venues. Should you be dissatisfied with the course please contact us to discuss
your concerns.
HELP US TO HELP YOU
We recognise that we may need to offer some participants extra support to ensure that everyone
gets the most from the course. Please indicate on the booking form, in as much detail as
possible, any kind of help you may need. Let us know if you need to bring a carer with you or if
you require particular access. Also, let us know if you have any particular dietary requirements.
We will do our best to meet your needs.
TPAS POLICY
To ensure TPAS events are conducted in a suitable environment, TPAS reserves the right to ask
an individual to leave an event if they are causing distress to another delegate. This relates to all
forms of harassment including racial, sexual, verbal or physical. Should any problems occur,
please bring them to the attention of the tutor as soon as possible.
