AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION IN

THE NORTHEAST FLORIDA REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION

COMMISSION UPON ITS FORMATION BY THE FLORIDA
8
LEGISLATURE; PROVIDING FOR FUNDING SUBJECT TO
9
ANNUAL APPROPRIATION; ESTABLISHING THE MAXIMUM
10
FUNDING
AMOUNTS
AND
PERIOD;
PROVIDING
FOR
11
REPEAL UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS; AND PROVIDING
12
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, in 2010, the Florida Legislature passed Chapter 2010-
15

ordinance shall be deemed repealed on the date of the Legislature’s
29
adjournment, and shall have no further force or effect.
