Using the paper provided, writing/coloring utensils, and drawing directions,
you are to create a map of Parallel City.
Directions:
1.
Name the streets on the Parallel City sheet provided. You will be placing buildings
in the eight angles created by the parallel lines and transversal.
2.
Draw the buildings on the appropriate corners on the Parallel City sheet provided.
You will want to practice FIRST! Placing the buildings will be like a puzzle, you will
have to use trial and error to make sure all requirements are met.
3.
Make it neat, label the buildings, and be creative when drawing the buildings.
4.
On the back of the Parallel City sheet there are 6 columns: ones for alternate
interior, alternate exterior, consecutive interior, corresponding, linear pair, and
vertical angles. List all the angle pairs by listing the names of the buildings.
