A torch to be used where necessary for extra light. - Ensure bags, buckets etc. are stacked appropriately and clear access to doors/escape routes - Cash handling risk assessment to be referred to - Operations Manual adhered to * workbreak means a change in work activity i.e. cleaning machines, closing machines up or even making a brew - NOT a break from work.
