We will use our equipment and personnel to dismantle, prepare, haul and sell the material, and then take a percentage of the material as payment for services rendered. Using our contacts and various brokers we will market the material to maximize profits. And because of the volume of materials JDS/GI move yearly, we can leverage very attractive per ton prices on numerous and different materials. JDS/GI will return to the customer a percentage of the price received for the marketable material. Based on the complexity of the work and current pricing, we will meet with the customer to determine a percentage mutually beneficial to both parties.
