(a)
This standard pricing table, together with:
(i)
your application;
(ii)
the Consumer terms as applicable to you;
(iii)
the service description; and
(iv)
the appendices,
forms your agreement.
(b)
You may obtain a copy of the latest version of the above documents
on our website: www.optus.com.au/standardagreements or from us on
request.
(c)
Where you may be charged a fee, then this fee is set out in this
standard pricing table. Please check this standard pricing table
carefully to see what fees apply to your use of the service.
(d)
The meaning of the words printed like this is set out at the end of the
service description or in the Consumer terms as applicable to you.

OPTUS PRE-PAID MOBILE BROADBAND SERVICE
2.1
Equipment Charges
(a)

You may:
(i)
purchase an approved device from us as part of a Pre-Paid
Bundled Starter Kit to access the service; or
(ii)
use your own device, to access the service.
The device may be network locked to our network. Before we provide
you with the code to unlock your device you must:
(i)
have been connected to the service for a period of twelve
continuous months or more from the date the service was
activated, or
(ii)
recharge your SIM card to the value of $100 or more in total
(you may recharge your SIM card to the value of $100 or more
once or you may recharge your SIM card multiple times where
the sum of all recharges is $100 or more).

You may purchase a SIM card:
(d)
(i)
with selected devices as part of the Pre-Paid Bundled Starter
Kit; or
(ii)
in a Pre-Paid SIM Only Starter Kit, if you have elected to use
your own device .

2.2
Service Charges
(a)
How do we calculate data usage?
(i)
We will charge you for the volume of data uploaded and
downloaded using the service.
(ii)
Data usage is calculated in 1 kilobyte increments.
(iii)
Except where otherwise stated in this standard pricing table,
your data allowance will roll over when the service is
recharged within the data validity period for your last
recharge. If you do not recharge within the applicable data
validity period, any remaining data allowance will be
forfeited.
(b)
Which pricing plan applies to you?
(i)
The pricing plans for the service are set out below. You can
check which pricing plan you are connected to by contacting
us.
(ii)
The ability to send and receive SMS is dependent on your
device. If you do not have a compatible device, SMS
functionality will not be available to you.
(c)
What charges apply for your use of value added service features?
Appendix Y (Value Added Service Features) of the agreement
describes the value added service features that are available with the
Optus Digital Mobile Service. Where you use such value added
service features in connection with the service, unless we specify
otherwise, the charges set out in Appendix Y will apply to your use of
those value added service features.

any time is 36GB. If you recharge over this amount, you will forfeit
any data over the 36GB limit. Unused credit will rollover when you
recharge before credit expiry. Roaming data is charged in 10 kilobyte
increments. A minimum credit balance of 250KB is required to start a
data session.

Roaming Data can only be used on selected 3G networks in eligible
countries. Optus makes no guarantee regarding the quality and
availability of coverage or any roaming services. Please see Section

OTHER CHARGES
4.1
Cancellation fees
You may cancel your service at any time. You will not be entitled to any
refund for any unused data, SMS or unredeemed recharge amounts.
4.2
Repairing and replacing equipment
If we need to repair or replace any of the equipment that you have purchased
from us, outside the warranty period, we may, subject to your statutory
rights as a consumer, charge you the cost of repair or the replacement cost.

Change of Account Holder Fee
If we agree to let you change the name on your account by assigning your
rights under this agreement we may charge you a $39.00 fee for processing
this change.
