Location: White Pond Road
Project Description: the installation of several catch basins and a leaching
chamber to improve drainage
Paul motioned to close the Public Hearing and issue a Negative
Determination. The motion was seconded by Leif and carried 5-0-1

Update from Dave Eastridge
Perimeter has been stabilized, catch basins have been lowered so that the runoff
is no longer bypassing the basins. Phase I landscaping is scheduled to begin on
May 11. Phase 2 has 15 out of 40 units sold. The basin at the tow of slope has
been established and a reel sweeper is keeping up with the sweeping. A site
contractor has been hired to clean up all miscellaneous areas including the Phase
I detention basin. The plan is to muck out the silt (about 1.5”), grade and smooth
the basin, install underground pipes and wicks to the outlet and repair the berm.
Dave will check Forest Ave and Wheeler Rd for run off.
Earth Tech Solutions is the new site contractor.
