NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR IN ANY OTHER

Health and Safety
The Organizers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure
the Health and Safety of everyone present.
For these measurers to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable
precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the
instructions of the Organizers, Officials and Stewards. The Committee
do not hold themselves responsible for any loss, injury, illness to any
Horse, Rider, Spectator or any other person or property.

RULES And CONDITIONS
1.
The Entry fee of £20.00 (£22 on the day) or for Children under 16 years
of age Entry Fee £15.00 (£17.00 on the day) must be enclosed with the
Entry form to be sent to the Secretary, Angela Pearce, by 9th June 2011,
non-returnable.
2.
Late entries may be accepted but will be charged £22 or £17.00 to ride
the course if there are vacancies.
3.
Riders must report to the Secretary’s caravan on arrival.
4.
Numbers to wear will be provided by the secretary on registration
5.
Hard hats and correct footwear must be worn.
6.
No liability for damage to person, horse or property, (this includes
Wimpole Hall Estate and any property owned by them), however caused,
will be accepted by the organisers or officials.
7.
No horse under 4 years may be ridden.
8.
Entries are limited and the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.
9.
Riders are expected to show due consideration to other riders and the
property over which they ride. The organisers reserve the right to ask
any rider to leave the course.
10.
Please keep to the marked course, especially along trails and headlands.
11.
Rosettes will be awarded to all Riders who finish the Course.
12.
Please note that spectators must keep to public paths and roads and
dogs kept on leads at all times.
13.
Entry is via signs for Wimpole Hall and Farm, from the A1198 or A603.
14.
All Horse Droppings and Rubbish Must be removed from National Trust
Land.
