Description of Responsibility
1.
55%
Manage the execution of established Funds Placement projects including:
identifying client service tasks and establishing timelines with clients and Funds
Placement team; producing project marketing presentations; organizing client
and Funds Placement team meetings; fulfilling information requests from clients
and prospects; maintaining team calendars, project progress reports and investor
databases; and managing project resources.
2.

Support business development efforts including: developing new business
presentations and proposals for prospective clients; participating in sales
presentations; preparing analysis and due diligence on potential clients;
identifying and cultivating potential new client assignments, both independently
and in collaboration with other team members; and maintaining a tracking
database for potential business opportunities.

Supervise and mentor junior support staff.

Participate in other projects as requested by management.
Qualifications Necessary:












Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
NASD Series 7 registration (can be obtained within six months of hire)
Ability to identify and meet client and team needs consistently and timely
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Excellent scheduling and organizational skills
Excellent presentation skills
Strong team orientation
Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Some travel required
Basic knowledge or private equity capital
Basic market research skills
Background & Experience:
