Dear Potential Donor:
We are seeking your support as a sponsor or prize donor for the Elizabeth Miller
Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit the Ovarian Cancer Orange County Alliance. This
event will be held on August 5, 2015 at the Rio Hondo Country Club. Your donation will
benefit ovarian cancer awareness.
We anticipate a highly successful and well-attended tournament. We will have $1000’s
worth of prizes, and silent & live auctions and many on-course games.

Tournament: $6000 (golf for 2 foursomes, on course banner
recognition, hole sign, 2 reserved tables– 8 golfers & 4 guests)
Platinum:
$1000+ (golf for foursome, hole sign, reserved table for six–
4 golfers & 2 guests)
Teal:
$500 (on course banner & hole sign)
Business:
$150 (hole sign)
Individual: $100 (hole sign)
