Division Director (May 2005 – June 2006) Employment Security Division New Mexico Department of Labor I managed all operations of the largest division at the Department of Labor. I was responsible for a staff of over four hundred state employees with twenty-six field offices throughout New Mexico and an annual budget of approximately $30 million. City Councilor (November 2001 – December 2005) City of Albuquerque I served as an elected official on the City’s governing body charged with establishing goals and objectives, enacting laws and formulating an annual budget of $1 billion.
