Recruitment of Core Group Members
Key Benefits
By joining the Core Group, the students can

equip themselves with better knowledge on subjects related to youth integrity

sharpen their leadership and organisational skills through participation in the training
programme and direct involvement in planning and implementing different exchange
activities of the Programme

establish network with students within their own university / college / institute and other
universities of Hong Kong

establish network with prominent leaders of both Hong Kong and other places through
assisting in the implementation of the Exchange Programme and the Youth Summit

gain more exposure to anti-corruption work through joining the free field trip to ICAC’s
counterparts in the Mainland and Macao
Roles of Core Group Members





to help promote the “I Generation” Youth Integrity Programme and recruit participants
for the “I” Project Competition and the Workshop
to nominate two representatives to join the Working Group of the Programme (i.e. two
representatives each from the 11 Assisting Organisations / local tertiary institutions of
Hong Kong) who will have regular work meetings with ICAC officers on the
preparation of the Exchange Programme and also lead the implementation of the
Exchange Programme under the guidance of ICAC officers
to help in the planning and implementation of the Exchange Programme
to help in the implementation of the Youth Summit
to attend the Workshop, the Training Programme, the field trip to the ICAC’s
counterparts in the Mainland and Macao, the Youth Summit and the Youth Concert
* Core Group Members are also welcome to join the “I” Project Competition.
Qualities Required for Core Group Members
Being undergraduates of the 11 universities/college/institute which are the Assisting
Organisations of the “I” Generation Youth Integrity Programme, they should:

have the determination to uphold integrity

ready to commit time and efforts

willing to work in a team

preferably possess experience in project organisation
