Presentation
HPC concentrates on two main parallel activites in the field of industrial supply:
- The manufacture of gears, pulleys, sprockets, gearboxes…This specificity allows us to
adapt standard parts to the specifications required by our customers, or to custom-make parts based
on a model (in the case of a worn or broken part) or a plan (in the case of the creation of a special
machine).
- The supply of mechanical and drive parts: linear guidance, rotary guidance, motor
gearboxes, couplings, steel and stainless steel screws, manoeuvring parts…

General characteristics and dimensions
- Special machined materials offered:
plastics Delrin, nylon, celeron,
aluminium, phosphor bronze, cast iron, brass,
steels 60C40, 42CD4, 35NCD6, 34C10,
steel 30CD12 for nitriding,
stainless steels Z12 CF 13, Z10 CNF 18.09 (stainless steel 303 and 316L).

bore-size modification
addition of keyway, pin hole or threaded hole

- Straight spur or helicoidal gears:
from module 0.25 to module 8 for a maximum diameter of 600mm
from module 120DP to 4DP (imperial) for a maximum diameter of 600mm
- Internal gears:
from module 0.25 to module 4 for a maximum diameter of 300mm
- Wheels for worms:
from module 0.25 to module 4 for a maximum diameter of 350mm
- Worm:
from module 0.25 to module 4 for a diameter of 10mm per 10mm of length to a
maximum diameter of 60mm per 500mm of length.
- Bevel gears:
from module 0.8 to module 6 for a maximum diameter of 300mm
- Pulleys:
pitch T and AT from 2.5mm to 20mm for a maximum diameter of 400mm
pitch HTD from 3mm to 8mm for a maximum diameter of 400mm
- Chain sprockets:
pitch from 4mm to 19.05mm for a maximum diameter of 400mm
- Racks:
from module 0.25 to module 8 for a maximum length of 3000mm
from module 96DP to 6DP (imperial) for a maximum length of 3000mm
