You will be responsible for coordinating project teams in developing solutions for their clients. As you drive your business unit towards achieving its vision, you will be responsible for: All areas of project management, including attending customer meetings, scheduling and tracking projects, overseeing quality control of projects, communicating the status of all projects in the Business Unit Meeting, reporting, and performing issue resolution; Leading technical discussions with customers to propose solutions and review design concepts; Coordinating with various stakeholders including customers and other internal and external professionals; Performing subcontractor liaison and management tasks; Developing conceptual system designs based on technical specifications and commercial requirements; Planning, conducting, coordinating and developing recommendations regarding varied analytical studies such as the application of advanced engineering concepts and processes; Developing models or simulations of systems and conducting independent engineering studies; Performing system design for projects based on technical specifications and commercial contractual requirements, ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget, and to specifications; Applying appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities to complete Study Projects, Retrofit Projects, and Infrastructure Projects; Generating equipment specifications, reviewing vendor documentation and actively participating in factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing with the customer; Planning and coordinating varied levels of personnel in your business unit; and Seeking out opportunities for additional business. To qualify for this challenging, dynamic role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering AND be a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer with AT LEAST 10 years of relevant experience in power systems protection and control. Your experience must be within either the US or CANADIAN marketplace.
