The Director-General of ETSI, Mr. Luis Jorge Romero Saro, is pleased to invite you to the 18th GSC
meeting at the ETSI Headquarter in Sophia Antipolis, South of France France.
The GSC-18 meeting will begin on Monday 21st July 2014 in the afternoon with a HoD/management
meeting followed by an evening Welcome Cocktail for everybody and will continue until the
afternoon of Wednesday 23rd July 2014.
This will be the first of the new format GSC meetings comprised of:






Opening (Chair = ETSI)
Status reporting from all GSC Members and invited WG(s)
Strategic Topic Session 1 - M2M + IoT (Chair = TTA)
Strategic Topic Session 2 - SDN/NFV (Chair = ATIS)
Strategic Topic Session 3 - Critical Communication) (Chair = ETSI)
Wrap up and conclusions (Chair = ETSI)
Registration is made by completing and returning the attached registration form (see Annex 1) or by
sending the same information by email to the ETSI GSC 18 Secretariat loubna.aliat-dafri@etsi.org.
Accommodation is available in several hotels nearby ETSI. Please book directly with the hotel of
your choice as soon as possible (see Annexes 2 and 3). Please note that ETSI organizes transport
to/from some hotels in Sophia Antipolis.
