Objectives
This subject provides students with the knowledge to

understand the prevalent models of electronic learning, development
of learning strategies, and construct business cases;
2.
appreciate the general and niche applications of electronic learning;
3.
explore the existing and emerging technologies, systems and
practices that underpin/impact the formulation and deployment of
electronic learning and assess their implications.
