Monday 3 February 2014
Purpose of Workshop to be conducted at 6.00pm as part of the lecture time
Each weekly lecture student will be assigned to one of four groups. Each group will
discuss, for a period of 20 minutes, one of the topics below which will give students
opportunities to actively exchange ideas they have developed in prior study in relation to
their particular group topics.
Each group will have a pre-chosen student facilitator who will present the views of his or
her group members to the whole class in a presentation lasting 5 – 7 minutes.
The whole class will, after each presentation, discuss the views expressed for 10 – 12
minutes. The lecturer, Bill Henningham, will facilitate each discussion and will have
opportunities to share particular insights with the students.
The workshop topics include important topics in the Conveyancing Subject. It is
intended that by participating in this exercise, students will polish their researching skills
