Rescue foster home or in connection with adopting or fostering through Turkish Van Breed Rescue. I agree to not
hold Turkish Van Breed Rescue liable for any injuries, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs or expenses
whatsoever, which I might suffer or sustain in connection with visiting a foster home or in providing a foster or
permanent home.

foster has no known health history and is being placed with no long term health guarantees. I agree to not hold
Turkish Van Breed Rescue liable for any costs related to health issues for this pet that may arise beyond the initial
seven day period, or for any other pet in my home, and to use a vet of Turkish Van BreedRescue’s choosing
within that seven day period should a problem arise. I agree to return the cat to Turkish Van Breed Rescue if for
any reason, health or otherwise, I am unable or unwilling to keep the cat, or foster it further in the case of foster
animals.
