Fee payable A fee of $30 is payable for most single-use permit applications, except where an animal welfare assessment is required (including for household pets) or if it is for a testing permit as part of a live import list amendment application. The permit application fee is $150 where a welfare assessment is required and $150 for a testing permit application. Multiple-consignment permit applications (available in some cases) are $75 per 6 month period. Payments may be made by credit card, cheque or money order.
