Method of Use
Light duty and general application: Dilute 125ml of multi pro per litre of water (1 to
8) in a spray bottle.
Heavy soil and grease: Dilute 250ml of multi pro per litre of water (1 to 4) in a spray
bottle.
Always pre-test carpet or surface with diluted solution before proceeding.
Wool carpets and those with unstable dyes should be tested and extraction rinsed with
fibre and fabric rinse according to label directions.
Apply with sprayer to all heavily soiled areas and spots, and then agitate carpet with
pile brush.
Blot spots with clean white towel or tissue, then clean treated carpet with normal
extraction or shampoo process. Other surfaces can be wiped with towel or mop.

Action In Case Of Emergency (Spillage, uncontrolled release, fire)
Personal Protection: Protective clothing, nitrile butyl rubber gloves, chemical splash
goggles.
Spillages: Large spills should be treated with dry absorbent and disposed at legal
waste disposal site. Small spills can be flushed with water to sewage drain linked to
waste treatment facility.
Fire: Product is not flammable. Use water, carbon dioxide, dry powder extinguisher, or
other media appropriate for materials actually involved in fire. Exposure to fire may
liberate carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, water and other unidentified thermal
products from this product or its packaging. Self contained breathing apparatus for
large amounts involved in fire.

General Precautions & Personal Protection
(e.g. warning signs, ventilation, personal hygiene / cleanliness, protective clothing)
Eye protection: Side shield safety goggles or glasses are recommended when handling
concentrate.
Protective clothing: Standard work clothing and nitrile butyl rubber gloves. Protective
gloves should be inspected before use and replaced regularly in accordance with the
manufacturer’s recommendations.
Respiratory protection: Not normally required. For prolonged spraying a dust mask is
recommended if sensitive to spray.
Ventilation: Normal air circulation. Allow adequate ventilation in enclosed areas.
Hygiene: Wash hands and clothing after use or spill. Do not eat or drink when handling
chemicals.
Ecological Information
The surfactants in this product are biodegradable.
Emergency First Aid Treatment (Eyes, skin, swallowed, inhaled)
Eyes: Flush immediately with water for 10 minutes, then seek medical attention if
irritation persists.
Skin: Flush skin with plenty of water. Seek medical attention if any skin irritation
persists.
Inhalation: Get fresh air and seek medical assistance if breathing irritation persists.
Ingestion: If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical
personnel. If injured party is conscious, give two glasses of water. Seek medical
attention.
Handling, Storage, Disposal & Transport Information
Handling: Wear nitrile butyl gloves and safety glasses when handling concentrate or
during prolonged spraying.
Storage: Avoid extremes of temperature. Keep out of reach of children, Keep in original
container.
Disposal: Waste cleaning effluent should be discharged to sewage drain, which is
linked to a local sewage and waste treatment facility. Empty containers should be
rinsed with water then crushed and disposed of at legal waste disposal site.
Health Surveillance / Exposure Monitoring
Not normally required for cleaning chemicals, if controls (as listed on this sheet) are in place.
