SPECIFIC PROMOTION RULES FOR THE HUNTERS PLAZA
ON-LINE MOTHERS DAY CAMPAIGN 2ND May – 7th May 2014
THE PROMOTION

This on-line promotion runs from 2pm Friday 2nd May until 7pm Wednesday 7th May 2014. Customers go into a
draw to win a 9 Carat Gold Crystal Heart Pendant valued at $119. Draw date Thursday 8th May 2014 at 9 am.
HOW TO ENTER

To enter customers simply need to send an email to marketing@talavera.co.nz and describe in 25 words or less
why their mum is the greatest and go in the draw to win a 9 Carat Gold Crystal Heart Pendant valued at $119.Only
one entry per person is permissible.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion commences from 2pm Friday 2nd May 2014 and finishes at 7pm Wednesday 7th May 2014 (‘the
Promotion Period’)

On Thursday 8th May 2014 at 9.00am a random winner for the 9 Carat Gold Crystal Heart Pendant will be drawn.
The prize is a 9 Carat Gold Crystal Heart Pendant and is valued at $119. .
The winner will be notified by phone by a team member from Hunters Plaza Centre Management.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
Prize must be claimed and collected no later than 5pm Friday 23rd May 2014. The winner will be published on the
Hunters Plaza website. Delivery is not the responsibility of Hunters Plaza.
GENERAL PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The general promotion terms and conditions together with the specific rules set out in the Promotion Notice (as defined
above) are the Promotion Rules that apply.
2. By entering a Promotion, entrants are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions.
3. Hunters Plaza reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or the Promotion Rules without notice in the event of a
catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or
regulation or any other event outside Hunters Plaza’s reasonable control.
4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Promotion Rules, conduct of the Promotion and all other matters relating to a
Promotion, the decision of Hunters Plaza will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
Qualifying Entrants
5. Employees and immediate family members of Hunters Plaza Management, retailers, tenants, security and cleaning
contractors are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
6. By entering the Promotion, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Hunters
Plaza reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of all entrants.
Competition Entries
7. Only one entry per person is allowed.
8. All entries become and remain the property of Hunters Plaza.
9. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries, or any entry not compliant with the Rules, will be deemed invalid.
Prizes
10. Claims for prize must be made in the manner and within the time specified on the Promotion Notice. Failure to claim a
prize within this time or in the manner specified will result in the prize being forfeited and there will be a re-draw for the
forfeited prize to be held at an advertised time and date nominated by Hunters Plaza Management.
11. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
Liability
12. Hunters Plaza does not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant in
connection with or in any way arising from the Promotion.
13. Hunters Plaza will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential
loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in obtaining, using or otherwise in any way connected to the prize of the
Promotion or the Promotion itself.
Data Protection and Publicity
14. All personal information supplied by entrants will be used by Hunters Plaza for the purpose of this Promotion and may be
used by Hunters Plaza management for future promotional and marketing purposes in accordance with the requirements of
the Privacy Act 1998 and the SPAM Act 2003. By entering this Promotion you consent to the future use of your personal
information for these purposes. All personal information supplied will be securely held at all times. To be removed from the
mailing list, please contact Centre Management at Hunters Plaza.
