I. General information about the organization:
1) Open Joint Stock Company " Luninetsk rajagroservis " the general meeting of
shareholders on 02.06.2003 (Minutes № 2) renamed from the Open Joint Stock
Company " Luninets rayagropromtehnika " created by the decision of the district
executive committee Luninetsk number 1024 dated 16.12.1999 by converting Luninetsk
regional companies the production and maintenance of agriculture.
JSC " Luninetsk rajagroservis " is an organization that provides services for kotoroya
agrochemical service of agricultural organizations. The principal activities of the
company are : removal and organic fertilizers , mineral fertilizers , supply of mineral
fertilizers and lime , road transportation, repair of agricultural machinery , construction
work , etc. In addition to the needs of agricultural producers providing services for the
harvesting of grain , harvesting feed.

4) Power of enterprises that market share :
Only in the Luninets district organization of Agronomy and agrochemical service
of agricultural organizations. Status - a natural monopoly. In the period 2011-2014 has
been actively expanding the geography of services: Pinsk, Stolin and other parts of the
Brest region. Transport services and services for the repair and maintenance of
agricultural tractors economic entities of the Republic of Belarus.
JSC "Luninetsk rajagroservis" is a technical center for warranty service RUE "Minsk
Tractor Plant", JSC "Minsk Motor Plant", JSC "Smorgon Aggregate Plant", JSC
"Mozyr Machine-Building Plant", JSC "Bobruisk plant of tractor parts and assemblies."
5) Advantages of the enterprise :
Availability driveway and elevated railways . There are warehouses for bulk and
liquid fertilizers and pesticides . There is an updated fleet ( MAZ capacities from 20 to
40 tons . ) , Truck crane 2008 year load capacity of 16 tons.
JSC " Luninetsk rajagroservis " is the winner of the Republican contest for
harvesting grass fodder in 2008 ( 3rd place) and the winner of the national competition
among enterprises RO " Belagroservice " for reconstruction and maintenance of
database storage of fertilizer .

IV. Sold (realized ) investment projects:
Purchased a truck crane KS- 45722 on chassis MAZ 5337A2 , load capacity of 16
tons. Value amounted to 279,899,540 rubles.
Replacement of compressor equipment for warehouse dust fertilizers less energy
and more automated . Purchased two compressor units manufactured by JSC " Remez "
(Belarus ) . Value amounted to 138,136,627 rubles.
Acquired by means of universal compact tool for low-pressure tires "Rosa" , which
allows work on chemical plant protection in the fields with any soil and reduced
consumption of petroleum products worth 158,309,203 rubles.
In order to update the tractor fleet and increase agro works acquired trailed fertilizer
application RU- 7000, cost 269 112 960 rubles.
The planned implementation of investment projects:
