Pipelaying structures refer to manholes (also known as wet access chambers), dry access chambers, anchor blocks, thrust blocks, sumps and grates, lamphole cleaning eyes, pump stations, interceptor traps, and head walls. Sumps are also known as cesspits. Outcomes and evidence requirements Outcome 1 Prepare for the installation of infrastructure pipelaying structures. Range two types of structures.
