Example of Learning, Just, and Accountable Culture Goals 1. Continue integration of Learning, Just, and Accountable Culture concepts into organization’s culture. 2. Develop a Learning, Just, and Accountable Culture management competency and implement it for new and current managers. 3. Incorporate Learning, Just, and Accountable Culture concepts into organization’s Medical Staff processes, including but not limited to the corrective action process, in collaboration with the following committees: Physician Wellness, Quality of Care, Credentialing, Medical Executive and other committees as applicable. 4. Educate organization’s employees to the concepts of human error, at-risk behavior and reckless behavior as applicable to job performance.
