Dear Seniors and Parents,
Congratulations and welcome to your senior year. During the 2014 – 2015 school year we will be
offering Senior Packages for Hawks to purchase. These packages will include as much or as little as you like.
We have created these packages to give parents a way to pay for products earlier and at a lower, bundled
rate. If you would like to pay for items individually please keep in mind they will be at a higher rate. All of the
rates are outlined on the following pages. In order to participate in graduation you must purchase at least the
minimum package or items within that package.
Please look over the rates on the next page and choose the package you would like to purchase. You
will complete the form and return it to room 101 (Mrs. Dover) ASAP, along with your commitment fee. We
can accept cash or money order made payable to West Mecklenburg High School. Due to an increase in NSF
checks, we will not be able to accept checks at all this school year. A commitment fee is due with the form;
each package has a plan laid out. The final payment should be made by December 12th. The items within the
packages are not interchangeable and should be read through carefully. Please listen for announcements
concerning senior packages and items that are not included in your package. All refunds must be approved by
Mr. Jones and are on a special case basis only; the commitment fee is non-refundable. Not fully reading or
understanding what’s in the package before you purchase it is not a special circumstance.
MID YEAR GRADUATES fall under a special circumstance. The due date for all forms and money is
November 25th. We cannot make acceptations to this as it will delay our order on caps and gowns, and may
not arrive by the graduation date. Please be aware that if you graduate in February, you are no longer a CMS
student and cannot participate in spring events (such as picnic and prom.) Purchasing a package that includes
these items and being a midyear graduate does not warrant a refund. Please read through the packages
carefully before placing your order.
ONLINE ORDERING is available through December 12th. Please go to our school website and click
Online School payments to pay for your package online. You will follow the online instructions once you have
reached the site. It is your responsibility to get the order form attached to Mrs. Dover (101) by December 12th.

above. After December 12th anyone who
has not turned in their forms will be
subject to these higher fees when
ordering.
Please remember the purpose of these packages is to offer you a lower, bundled price, earlier in the school.
This requires a commitment from you to purchase. The packages above are offered through December 12,
2014. If we have not received your paper work and commitment fee at that point then we will not be able to
offer you a package deal. The items are not interchangeable and refunds are not available on the commitment
fee. Once package items have been purchased, refunds will not be available. What you see, is what you get!
Late fees will incur after December 19, 2014 at $5 per month. Online sales will end at 11:59 p.m. on December
18th to give students the opportunity to bring their form to room 101 by December 19 th. Without the form caps
and gowns along with other items cannot be ordered. Please read below for notes on each package.
Basic – It’s what everyone needs to walk across the stage at graduation!
Superior – This is getting the several items to commemorate your senior year. It includes a shirt, yearbook, cap
and gown, diploma cover and a ticket to the senior picnic in May.
Ultimate –Celebrating your senior year in style!! You will receive EVERYTHING that a senior should have to
make their senior year memorable. Keep in mind some items such as pictures are not included.
 All money is due before events in order to attend. In other words, if the Senior Breakfast is December 18 th,
then you will be required to pay IN FULL by that date to attend.
