WALT: use a range of punctuation in our writing.
Green
Look at the following sentences which have missing punctuation. Decide which punctuation is
missing and rewrite in your Homework book including the correct punctuation.
1. Can I have some more cake asked tommy.
2. Look out shrieked Georgia as she pointed to the sky.
3. Bursting into tears harry stomped his feet furious with his mother for not letting him
have another sweet.

keep him warm on the cold winter days and as many penny sweets as he could carry in his
hands!

WALT: Understand when to use punctuation correctly

Look at each sentence and correct the punctuation appropriately.
Once you have corrected the punctuation, write your own sentence using that type of
punctuation. Can you up-level your sentence to make it more engaging?
