Section 2: Radio & Equipment Agreement
It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure that each and every item listed below, is returned in a fully functioning state if ever
you leave the company. The company will have no alternative but to charge for any items lost, deliberately damaged or
not returned upon termination of your working arrangement with us.
You have been provided with a full radio kit as follows:1. Radio

I understand that the radio equipment installed in my vehicle is the property of Davy Liver Taxis and that I am responsible
for this equipment whilst working for the company. I also understand that I will be charged for any equipment lost,
deliberately damaged or not returned, including any replacement antennas or magnetic door signs.

Declaration
I declare the above information is true and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief, and that no material facts
have been withheld, suppressed or omitted. Furthermore, I understand that any false information given may result in
Davy Liver Ltd. removing the radio equipment from my vehicle.
I understand that the radio, datahead and other related equipment issued to me at the start of the term will remain the
property of Davy Liver Ltd. throughout. Moreover, I agree to keep said equipment in safe custody and in good condition;
with the understanding that the equipment and cleanliness of the vehicle can be inspected, within reason, by management
at all times. I understand that, whilst in my possession, the radio equipment is my responsibility and that I will be liable
for any excess costs due to loss or negligence.
I further understand that if I am unable to work for any reason (i.e. sickness, breakdown, accident, holiday, etc.) I must
return the radio equipment to the main office before 12:00pm on the day the settle is due, otherwise a full weeks settle will
be charged. I understand that arrangements can be agreed with management in advance to avoid this situation
occurring.
I agree to abide by any rules, regulations, codes of conduct or rates of fares issued by Davy Liver Ltd.
