Learning Styles Questionnaire - Instructions
This programme is provided in the form of an Excel Spreadsheet Template. You can use it directly
from the floppy disk or copy it to your computer for wider access.
This programme may be freely copied but should not be altered without prior permission of Patoss.
1. To Use
2. Open File: Learning Styles
Questionnaire2
3. Click on the button to Enable
Macros
4. Follow the on-screen
instructions
5. Print the questionnaire and the
graph in the normal way.
6. Save the Questionnaire
renaming it with your own
name.
To use the questionnaire again
close the programme
Go to
 File
 Open
 Click on Learning Styles Questionnaire2
 Follow steps 1-6 above.
To Put on Your Computer:
1. Open File: Learning Styles
Questionnaire2
2. Click on the button to Enable Macros
3. Now go to File and Save As
4. Choose Save as type: Template.
5. CLOSE the Questionnaire before using
it.
6. Now go to File and New and you
should see your Learning Styles
Questionnaire.
7. Click OK
8. When you have finished your
questionnaire save it as a normal
Microsoft Excel workbook.
