APPLICATION FORM 2015/16
1. PROPOSED STUDY: Bachelor of Theology, DURATION: Three Years, MEDIUM: English.
2. ELIGIBILITY
 At least two years of born again experience and commitment to the Evangelical Faith and Christian
ministry.
 Entrance qualification should be 10+2 or equivalent in any faculty.
 In case of mature candidate (that is above 25 of age), SLC or equivalent and 4 - 5 years of experience
in Christian ministry. Total quota for the qualified mature candidate is only 10% of the enrolment.
 Mature candidate needs to submit the certificate of work / ministry experience, which should be
attested by a recognised Christian leader.
 Applicants should be capable of speaking, reading and writing in the English language. S/he also
should have a basic knowledge of the Bible. Entrance exam will be in those areas.
 We will also accept day’s scholars. Please contact the office for further details.
3. SELLECTION PROCESS
 Completely filled in Application Form should be submitted by July 6th, 2015 along with two auto size
and two passport size recent photographs and photocopies of all the certificates. Original certificates
must be submitted at the time of interview. Migration certificate or its equivalent should be
submitted once the admission is received. (Indian’s only)
 Financial Guarantee Letter from the concerned person/church/organisation/sponsor should be
submitted before the entrance exam.
 Two letters of reference – one from the church pastor and another from a responsible leader of another
church or organisation to be sent to the office directly to keep the matters confidential.
 Medical certificate from the recognised doctor should be submitted at the time of interview.
 Entrance exam will be on July 27th 2015. Interview will be on 28th July 2015. Result will be
published on 29th July 2015, 5:00 Pm. Selected candidates will have orientation on 29th July 2015.
 Only those candidates who prove themselves competent and fulfil the requirements laid down by
NEBC will be selected for the enrolment.
 Selected students can register their names and get admission on the same day, that is, August 10th,
2015.
 A registration of NPR 3,000.00 (Three thousand only) and monthly fees for minimum of three months
must be paid in advance upon admission. The class will begin from 10th August 2015.
4. FINANCIAL STATEMENT
Total monthly fee is NPR 6,950.00 (83,400.00/12).

concerned sponsor / church / family, without which the admission will not be entertained. If student
wishes to discontinue during 3 yrs of their study, he/she needs to pay the total monthly fee and dues till
date. Other personal expenses as per the market price includes: uniform-NPR 6000; Pocket money- NPR
12,000; Books and photocopy-NPR 6000.
