Raffle lottery tickets sold under a license issued in Ontario must not be advertised, offered for sale, sold or
ordered from outside of Ontario. However, while in Ontario, residents of other countries or provinces may
purchase raffle tickets sold under a license issued in Ontario.

Debit (in the Hospital Foundation Office- near Maria Street entrance). Tickets can be ordered by phone at

February 14, 2015 at noon in the foundation office with a deadline of February 11, 2015 at midnight.
 Draw sequence: Tickets will be drawn from least to highest value, as indicated on the tickets

Dream Home Draw






Final Draw Date: Friday, February 20, 2015 at 8:00 pm.
Location: Sarnia Golf and Curling Club, 500 Errol Road West, Sarnia, Ontario
Prize Draw: Prize draws will begin at 8:00pm. Draws to be in order from least to highest value.
Ticket holders are eligible for all prizes.
The drum will be spun a minimum of 5 times between each draw.
Notification of Winners: If the dream home winner is not present, the individual will be notified
immediately by telephone after the completion of the draw. Prize winners will be notified by
telephone on Monday, February 22, 2015. All prizes except for home will be mailed on February 27,
2015. The names of all prize winners will be published in The Observer on Friday, February 27, 2015
and our website (www.bluewaterhealthfoundation.ca).
Acceptance of Prizes: Prizes must be accepted as awarded, as per the Ontario Lottery and Gaming
Corporation
Winning the Home or Taking the Cash!
Taking the Dream Home
 Income Tax: In the Province of Ontario, all lottery winnings are tax-free
 Selling the home: There are no restrictions to selling the home. However, the house is “as is” condition and no
changes/revisions will be made at any time.
 Transfer of Title: The winner will officially gain title to the home on or before March 31, 2015.
Taking the Cash
 If you choose the cash, you will receive payment by cheque on or before March 6, 2015, which is 2 weeks after
the final draw date.
