Family of Stores is committed to bringing hope and help to local communities. They do this
through a variety of activities, including charitable giving, sponsorships and the unique
Community Contributions Program of Ralphs. Wilson supporters (4 households) who shopped at
Ralphs between 12/01/13 & 02/28/2014 have earned a $66.28 total donation to Wilson.
Imagine how much Wilson could earn if all our families who shop at Ralph’s linked to our

Attention Advanced Drama Applicants! Please return your yellow application forms to
room 4101 no later than Friday, April 25th. You are welcome to drop them off before that day.
Please make sure that you have had your teachers fill out the grade and citizenship section and

8th Grade Students: Applications for the Altrusa Award, an award that
honors a student that serve their school (Wilson) as well as the community
in various ways, are due to Dr. Arakelyan today by 2:00PM.
8th Grade Promotion - Letters were sent home listing important dates regarding gowns,
Magic Mountain, etc. If you did not receive your copy, you can down load the package on the

MUSIC AUDITIONS: Anyone wanting to audition for an advanced music class (Advanced
Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, or Symphonic Orchestra) should see Ms. Kopcsak for audition
information and music. Auditions will be the last week of April. Thank you.

Do you really believe in equality, liberty and justice for all?
Then, put your American values into practice and stand up for what you believe in by joining
Wilson's first annual Unity Walk on Saturday, May 3rd, from 10-11:30am. We will start off with
some stirring music, inspiring speeches, breakfast and then, march around the community in a
colorful display of unity. This is your chance to put democracy into action and be part of a large
demonstration to stop the violence and hatred towards those who are different and pledge your
support to a more peaceful world! So, don't be left out, join us and become a better citizen of

available for sale today in the main office near Marie’s
desk. Help support Ms. Weckerly’s students in learning the value of and how to work with
currency by purchasing a delicious treat during snack today. Edible goodies will be sold every
