files
with the data variables in each file separated by one or more blank
spaces.
The order of the variables in each data file is given by the variable
names shown in square brackets in the following listing. Page numbers
refer to the page in the text where the data are presented. In a few
cases where the original data are not given in the text, the page number
refers to the description of the data. You are referred to the text for
these descriptions.
