Organisational procedures refer to instructions to staff on policy and procedures which are formally documented, or generally accepted within the workplace. 2 Evidence is required for gift wrapping of two different products. Range may include but is not limited to - lifting, carrying, cutting, packaging, wrapping. 2.4 Purchases are gift wrapped within a timeframe that meets customer's expectations. 2.5 Gift wrapped purchases are clean and free from damage.
