(If a puppy is to be received rather than the cash fee, I will make my choice of the litter at _______weeks of age.)
Additional conditions: A boarding fee of $10 per day is applicable after the 5 th day the bitch is at Winslide. There will be a $50
charge for each trip to the airport to pick up or drop off a bitch. Stud Owner requests that no puppy be transferred ownership
without a buy/sell contract.
THE OWNER OF THE BITCH AGREES TO:
(1) Pay all fees up front. No fee will be refunded in whole or part.
(2) The bitch’s vaccinations must be current, and she must be flea and worm free.
(3) Provide the stud owner with: a complete pedigree of bitch, DNA certificate, OFA and CERF verification, picture

or video of bitch, pertinent breeding & progeny information, height, weight, tail, DOB, bite and dentition
information, and a copy of your buy/sell puppy contract.
Keep the bitch confined and assure that she is not mated with any other dog.
Notify stud owner within 48 hours after bitch whelps, or within a week after due date, if no litter is whelped.
Culled pups due to lack of trim are considered live and healthy pups. Mismarks are to be placed on a spay/neuter
contract, or if lethal whites, put down in a humane manner. Bitch Owner agrees that at Bitch Owner’s expense, the litter
produced from this mating will have their eyes cleared by a certified Ophthalmologist between 7 and 12 weeks of age.
Provide a current Brucellosis Test stating negative before mating.
The Bitch Owner agrees that no puppies shall be sold in any pet store, retail or wholesale outlet.
Pups shall be timely wormed and vaccinated prior to going to their homes. Any hip clearance or eye information
on any pups produced from this cross shall be passed on to the Stud Owner. Advanced titles earned by any pups from this
cross are asked to be reported to the Stud Owner.
IN RETURN, THE STUD OWNER AGREES TO:
(1) Provide the bitch owner with a complete pedigree of stud dog, DNA certificate and negative Brucellosis test.
(2) Keep bitch confined while visiting the stud, and assure that she is not mated with any other stud, and take every

reasonable care to ensure the safety and well-being of the Bitch. The Bitch Owner holds the Stud Owners harmless from
any liability, with regard to the Bitch while the Bitch is under Stud Owners’ care. Stud Owners hold harmless the Bitch
Owner from any liability while the Bitch is in Stud Owners’ care.
Guarantee a minimum of two live, properly colored puppies after culling (according to the ASCA breed standard).
If no pups are left, either naturally or by culling, this bitch may be returned for a FREE breeding on
the Bitch’s next heat cycle. She is not to be bred to another male in between.
(4) Sign any and all registration documents that are necessary for the registration of the puppies, if numbers 1 through
8 of this agreement are fulfilled.
Bitch owner shall hold Winslide Stockdogs, its owners and employees harmless from any and all lawsuits or potential lawsuits
involving their bitch or any other of their property left in the care and control of Winslide.
We hereby signify agreement to the terms and provisions prescribed above.
