Chapter 4 Installation
4.1 The process of installation includes:

Unpacking the device.
Staying the device for one day, in order to avoid destruction by high humidity during
long distant transportation.
Assembly of its components and ensure that all connections are firmly in place.
Fill the water tank with distilled water only.
Connect the power supply.
Switch on the device and test all functions / parameters of the system.
4.2 Installation
1)
Installation treatment handpiece, please follow the figure,Plug the handpiece connector
firmly and properly to avoid the water circulation problem.

Unscrew the Infusion hole cap and the overflow hole cap. (According to the following
figure)

Ensure that the key is in the off position and that the emergency cut off button is not
engaged. If it is engaged, release it by rotating the button towards the direction of the
arrow indicator.
Attach the power cord .
Switch the circuit breaker to the “On” position.

Switch the unit on by inserting the key and turning it in a clockwise direction. At this time
water circulation and the cooling system starts automatically.
8) Observe whether water circulation runs well or not. After cooling system runs for at least
1 minute, the water slide into the cooling system and then turn off the power.
9) Then switch on the system. It means you can fully assemble system with handpiece,
screw on the infusion cap.
10) According to the following figure changeable of the various wavelength by 430,530,560,
580,640~1200nm filter for spot size: 12*30mm.

11) When replace water
1. Drain the remaining water which contains in the handle. Pay particular attention as not
to spill any water on the electronic terminals. Wipe off any spilled water with a soft
absorbent cloth.
2. Replace water every 2-3 months.

Only distilled water is to be used in the cooling system.
When using the system for the first time, rinse the cooling system with distilled water.
Ensure that the water level is adequate before treatment to prevent over heating.
Distilled water is added periodically specially when working in warmer climates and when
the treatment handpiece are changed often.

1. WARNING: HIGH VOLTAGE: please ensure that all panels are secured prior to
operation.
2. Place the treatment head on its support when on standby / simmer mode.
3. All personnel in the treatment room must wear the protective filtered glasses supplied.
4. Make sure the patient is wearing the opaque protective goggles prior to treatment
5. Avoid looking directly into the intense light during the treatment even if you are
wearing the protection glasses.
6. Do not point the treatment head outside the treatment field

Turn on the key switch of the machine，enter “Select Therapy Programs” interface (as Fig.1).
Select the treatment model to enter the interface of relevant treatment.

After entering the interface of “Treatment interface” (as shown in Fig.2), press “Ready” to
trigger the handpiece. Capacitors will be charged automatically. Treatment can begin after
charging accomplished. Press “Standby” to turn off the handpiece.
Treatment mode：To indicate the current treatment mode.
Treatment parameter：treatment parameters recorded in treatment mode.
State indication：To indicate the current state and the flash numbers of the handpiece.
Treatment record：To indicate the current treatment record, different treatment records can
be recorded to facilitate different patients. Treatment records can be
altered, three choices available.
Cooling adjusting: To adjust the cooling temperature of the handpiece, five levels available.
The more blue snowflakes are, the cooler it will get. When the blue
snowflakes disappear, cooling stops.
Return button: To return to the menu of Select Therapy Program，not available when it is
gray (during treatment).
IPL energy:
To adjust the output energy of the handpiece. Energy value will be displayed
on the screen while adjusting, adjustable range: 1~50J/cm2. This setting can
be done directly during treatment with “△” or “▽”. “△” to increase, “▽” to
decrease，press and hold “△” or “▽” to rapidly adjust the output energy.
RF energy:
To adjust the RF output energy, Energy value will be displayed on the screen
while adjusting, adjustable range: 1~20. This setting can be done directly
during treatment with “△” or “▽”. “△” to increase, “▽” to decrease，press “△” or
“▽” to rapidly adjust the output energy.
The functions of IPL and RF can be turned on or off separately, but make sure that at least
one of them is turned on. Pressing “Ready” cannot light the lamp when IPL function is off
work.

Treatment:
Pressing "Ready" button (green) to start treatment head and charge capacitors automatically,
Start the treatment after the capacitors finish charging. Press "Standby" button (red) to light
up the treatment head, system goes into standby mode. After finishing charging, please wait
10 seconds to start treatment after cooling the treatment head. After pressing "ready" button,
any buttons on the screen no response.After releasing the "ready" button,other button can be
adjusted At the end of treatment, pressing"standby" button exit the treatment program
and close the treatment head.
Doing the treatment with RF should make the skin good contact with electrode and daubs
cold gel. The energy should adjust from low to high and the time can not keep too long when
the skin contacts with electrode to avoid scalding. The feeling of RF treatment is hot inner of
the skin. If the tingle is strong, the reason could be that the cold gel is not enough and the skin
is not good contacting with electrode. The way to solve the problem is to daubs cold gel again
or adjust electrode.

Chapter 6 Treatment
6.1 Principle
Elight:
E Light(IPL and RF)combines three advanced technologies: Bipolar Radio Frequency + IPL
+Skin Contact Cooling.When the three are united in one treatment, wonderful treatment
experience and result can beexpected. The energy of Radio Frequency can reach the middle
and deep layer of the skin and heat up tissue, thus, lower energy is applied during the IPL
treatment. Uncomfortable feeling during the IPL treatment will be decreased significantly and
better result can be expected. In addition, cooling system involved in E-light can also ease
the uncomfortable feeling.The absorbing of the energy of radio frequency is not concerned

with melanin. So, the E-Lighttreatment can get good result on the soft or thin hair so as to
decrease the risk caused by traditional IPL treatment.
RF:
Using the exclusive radio frequency（RF hereinafter) technology and contact cooling system,
RF can improve your appearance obviously.
1. RF produces heat when the tissue's electrical resistance converts the electric current to
thermal energy deeper within the dermis.
2. High frequency wave permeates epidermis and take effect on the collagen-rich derma
tissue directly which makes the inside water molecules under the take skin more quickly.
This move produces controllable heat and results in contraction of collagen and
generation of the new collagen and dermal remodeling.
3. The heat will accelerate the blood circle as well.
As a result, the skin looks tighter, wrinkles reduce, cellulite and fat reduction gradually.
Laser:
Laser emitted by the system has a strong penetration ability which allows it to reach the deep
layer of dermis. The pigment particles absorb the light energy and explode sharply, burst into
the tiny pieces, thus diminish the color density and get rid of it.
So the appliance can effectively do away with mutant pigmentations and vascular tissue
based on undamaged ambient tissue. This is called ‘Selective heat absorption’ principle in
medical field.

6.3 Attentions before the treatment
1. Consultation
patients who have the following conditions but not limited should not take the treatment :
A. Pregnant lady;
B. Hypersusceptible to light or recently take medicines, such as acheomycin;
C. Skin easy to scar;
D. Diabetes (blisters maybe appear and not easy to heal up);
E. Insolation in sunlight in recent 2 weeks;
F. Heart disease;
G. Epilepsy, and contagious skin disease, such as herpes;
H. Skin cancer.
2. Preparation
When begin the treatment, take off the accessories such as watch, rings, bracelets or
other metallic things which might be reflect light and cause danger during the treatment.
Wipe off the cosmetic and clean the skin. Ware the goggles to protect the eyes of the
patients and the beautician.
3. Sanitize the treatment head with alcoholized cotton balls.
4. Clean the filters with alcoholized cotton balls.
6.4 Hair removal
1. Cut or shave hair to 1-2mm or ask patients to shave at home 2-3 days before treatment.
2. Clear treatment area.

the parameter, set it to ‘ready’ .
4. Put cooling gel on treatment area about 2mm.
5. Wear protect goggles for patient and operator.
6. Shot the treatment area, let the crystal tip to touch cooling gel, You are permitted to have
1/3 overlapping on treatment area.
7. Wipe off cooling gel after treatment and clear treatment area with cooling water. If patients
feel warm or hot, you may put ice bag on treatment area until heat disappear.

6.5 Skin rejuvenation

refrigerator to keep temperature of gel during 0-4℃.

5. Shot the treatment area, let the crystal tip to touch cooling gel. You are permitted to have

6.10 After Treatment care
1. Untoward Reactions:Pain, Scab formation, Pigmentation change, Scar formation, Swelling
and Erythema.
2. Protect treated skin from exposure to the sunlight or irradiation of ultraviolet radiation.
3. DO NOT use irritative cosmetics within 24 hours.
4. Wash face with clean water, use moisture cosmetic when necessary.
5. Don’t eat piquant food.
6. Take Vc or VE
6.11 RF Treatment
1, Remove the cosmetic, clean treatment area.
2, Take picture of treatment area before treatment;
3, Set proper parameter on screen. Usually use 5, and choose continuous or pulse, according
to different customer’s feeling.
4, Make the unit ready for treatment by press ‘ready’ button on the screen.
5, Put on the gel on the treatment area equally;
6, Before pressing the button on the hand-piece, make sure two electrodes on the head touch
the treatment skin completely. It will be dangerous if just one electrode or part of two
electrodes touch the skin.
7, Press the emitting button on the hand piece continually, move the hand piece on the
treatment area slowly.
8, When you finish the treatment on one part, please loosen the emitting button on the hand
piece first, and move hand piece next, the indicating lamp will off, the pulse output stops.
Then change the other treatment area to operate.
6.12 Laser Treatment
The first time treatment, voltage (power) is not too high (can blast is ok), after 10 minutes,
treat again, repeated 2-3 times, do like this, can get the best results. start with lighter energy,
close to the skin, don’t damage the skin. The second treatment in a month later, the power
(voltage) may be bigger, 3rd time, power is biggest, usually, this time is the last time.second
time and third time, the head can leave the skin a little distance, not too close. Wash colored
tattoos: the first, use 1064nm head (Round one) wash, wash the black color, then use 532nm

head (square one) one month later, do like this, can remove all color easy. Wash colored
tattoo, can use larger energy, not too fast frequency, the energy can be more than 700, after
every time treatment, clean up the head carefully.
When treating, the operator holding the laser handle as possible to form a 90 degree angle
with the treatment site to ensure that the vertical laser light, avoid the laser energy loss
reduction.

Chapter 8 Maintenance
1. Please change the distilled or pure water every 2-3 month to keep the water tank clean

2. Please get water out from the unit before moving it for long distance, e.g. from one city to
another.
