The mission of the Jones-Bowman Leadership Award Program is to support lifelong, culture-based learning that
gives EBCI members opportunities to develop strong leadership abilities and serve successfully in leadership
roles. With the help of mentors, participants will develop individual leadership plans, volunteer in their school
communities, and complete a group service project. To be considered for acceptance into JB Leadership a
nomination is required. We do not consider applicants who are self-nominated.
