Dr. Ferguson,

talk with you at the Leis Center this afternoon. As a member of the Office
of Student Achievement, I am honored to have participated in collecting the
data you used in preparation for your visit to Fairfax County Public Schools.
As a student of education leadership and education policy, I found your
words particularly of interest in regards to implications for leadership and
implementation of purposeful strategies to address gaps in achievement and
access.
