 Supervised and managed the award department for a mid-size Social Security Disability law firm
 Worked from home for the past four years while continuing to take on new responsibilities throughout
the firm
 Screened intake calls for possible new clients; entered their information in the database if necessary
 Responsible for ensuring proper and timely payment of the retroactive benefit to the clients and the
attorney fees to the law firm from the Social Security Administration
 Called the Social Security Administration daily to confirm the correct and swift processing of clients’
claims and their dependent claims if necessary
 Sorted, organized and attached in the database all incoming electronic faxes for the firm
 Completed award interpretations for the insurance companies for the clients who are awarded Social
Security Disability to assist the insurance companies with their overpayment recovery

 Called doctors/medical providers to follow up on medical records and documentation that out firm had

 Excavated and completed thorough notes and detailed maps of any feature that was assigned
(structures, pits, post pits, post molds, etc)
 Washed, labeled, picked floats and processed the variety of artifacts that were brought back to
the lab to ensure correct analysis of the items
 Selected to be a member of the Burial Reserve Team in which we carefully excavated possible
burials while using the correct techniques and ethics required of us.
