Terms and Conditions of Application for Employment

By completing either wholly or in part the person whose name appears on this form as the applicant warrants and agrees to the terms and conditions detailed herein. For the purposes of this document wherever the words ‘Titanium

Security Australia Pty Ltd’ or ‘Company’ appears, it also refers to any associated Companies including Titanium

Security Australia Pty Ltd, Titanium Security (SA), Titanium Security (NT), Ample Security Services Pty Ltd, Trading

Partners of Titanium Security Australia Pty Ltd, Licensees of Titanium Security Australia Pty Ltd, subcontractors of

Titanium Security Australia Pty Ltd and any business operated and/or managed by the Titanium Security Trust.

The application has been completed solely by the applicant who is seeking to secure employment with

Titanium Security Australia Pty Ltd.

Completion of this application either in part or in full does not constitute an offer of employment by the

Company. The applicant is not obliged to provide all or any of the information required in this application, however, failure to do so may prevent the Company from accurately and / or completely assessing the applicant’s suitability for employment and consequently may result in no offer being made to the applicant.

Any time given by the applicant in the undergoing pre-employment evaluation which process includes but is not necessarily limited to testing, medical examination, reference checking and briefings that are deemed necessary by the Company at its sole discretion shall be in the applicants own time.

In applying for employment with Titanium Security Australia Pty Ltd it is a given that any persons or organizations referenced in this application are authorised to pass on information to Titanium Security

Australia Pty Ltd that is lawful and truthful concerning previous employment, education, or any other information they might have, personal or otherwise, with regard to any of the subjects covered by this application, and in doing so all such parties are released from all liability for any damage which may result from furnishing such lawful and truthful information.

In consideration for employment with Titanium Security Australia Pty Ltd, the applicant agrees to conform to the rules and regulations of the company and acknowledge that these rules and regulations may be changed, interpreted, withdrawn, or be added to by the employer at any time, at the employer’s sole option and without any prior notice to the applicant.

It is further acknowledged that if the applicant is successfully employed by the employer, employment will be at will, and may be terminated with or without cause at any time by the applicant or by the employer.

It is understood that no representative of the company has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time or to assure any benefits or terms and conditions or employment, either prior to commencement of employment or after employment has commenced.

The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the pre-employment process without notice to the applicant at any time and shall not be required to offer any explanation to the applicant or any representative of the applicant.

The Company shall not be required to offer or provide any information or explanation whatsoever to unsuccessful applicants.

The applicant is not to disclose to persons outside the company any information that could reasonably be regarded as commercial in confidence or proprietary to the company unless required to do so by law. The obligation shall extend for an unlimited period after employment.

Should the applicant be successful or otherwise in this application, the applicant is not authorised to provide any information related either directly or indirectly to the pre-employment process to any persons outside Titanium Security Australia Pty Ltd unless required to do so by law or without written authorisation of an authorised company representative.

In order to satisfy customer requirements and in particular to confirm an employees suitability for a particular assignment or area of employment, the Company may release certain information to the customer or authorised representative of the customer on a confidential basis. Such information shall be limited to an employment resume covering training, qualifications and employment history.

Should the Company deem it necessary to conduct an internal investigation in to a work related matter such as a complaint against an employee, workplace injury etc, the Company may seek such information as it deems necessary from other persons. In such instances the company may divulge to its authorised representatives on a confidential basis any information necessary to objectively and confidentially complete the investigation.
