Site Plot/Plan MUST accompany the application. On a detailed map, show the locations of outside water, sewer
and storm sewer. Include locations of water service valve, sewer cleanouts, size of service lines and location of
water meter.
NOTE: BUILDING PERMIT MUST BE DISPLAYED AT CONSTRUCTION SITE.

Building permits are needed for new construction, remodeling, driveways, fence or any new digging.
FEES: New construction $1.00 per $1000 with a minimum of $5.00 and a maximum of $300. Remodeling up to $5000 no permit
is needed. Remodeling over $5000 cost will be $1.00 per $1000 with a minimum of $5.00 and a maximum of $300.
Payment is due when building permit is issued.
Permission is hereby granted to the applicant for one year from the date of this permit at the above location to have work complete
in accordance with laws, ordinance and regulations of the Village of Kalida, Ohio as set forth in said application.
