Introduction
Medical Rotation Medical Society is dedicated to facilitate
international medical students and graduates with
quality, personalized services and support as they build
their portfolio of clinical partners in locations within the
United States. We partner with generalist and specialist
physicians across the United States for high-quality
clinical placements that give our clients clinical training
and references. As a social enterprise, our focus is on
providing the tools international physicians need to
develop professionally and personally.
We are focused on providing your student the best access
to Residency Directors and Program Directors. We place
special preference on hospitals that have a track record of
accepting International Medical Graduates into their
respective residency programs. These institutions provide
the best results for long-term residency chances for your
students.
CLINICAL AFFILLIATIONS
We aim to provide excellent opportunities for your clients
who are seeking United States clinical experience. We
guarantee that your students’ experiences will be a
hands-on clinical clerkships and observerships in ACGME
approved teaching facilities. Due to the liability and
licensing requirements, all “trainees” work under the
supervision of board certified physicians (“preceptors”).
Under supervision, trainees take medical histories,
perform clinical examinations, and present cases to the
preceptor, and then present options for treatment plans
and receive feedback from preceptors. In addition,
trainees will participate in hospital rounding whenever
possible.
We began as international medical graduates ourselves;
we know the changing medical landscape and have
professional relationships with health providers
throughout the country. We are committed to maintaining
open channels of communication so that your clients have
sufficient information, assistance and time to plan for
their stay with us.
This attention to detail and supportive services foster a
greater sense of personal security and decreased stress for
clients, allowing them to increase their attention on
learning and performance during placement.
Our Proposal
Our goal is to increase the number of locations and
physicians that work exclusively in ACGME teaching
hospitals across the country. We propose to work together
with you to facilitate a multilevel service system that
includes the following:
clinical placements
Pre-placement language instruction and
acculturation training and activities
Homestay placement and rental
arrangements (optional)
Transportation passes, airport transfer,
and other support (optional)
TRAINING AND ERAS PREPARATION
Clinical Placements
We work with you to determine the best match for handson clinical observerships and clerkships. Trainees round
with their preceptor at the different hospitals with which
they are affiliated.
At the end of each rotation, the preceptor will provide one
high-quality letter of reference, and provide feedback
based on a standardized clinical evaluation.
Pre-Placement Orientation
General orientation on HIPAA requirements, workplace
expectations, cultural-competency, and an overview on
securing other training while in the United States (Basic
Life Support Certification, Basic First Aid Certification,
Blood Borne Pathogens Certification, Harvard Continuing
Medical Education, etc.)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Housing Placement
Our team or the medicalrotation.org team has a network
of housing contracts via Homestay / Extended Stay
America Inc. nationwide that we have visited and
evaluated for quality and convenience with public
transportation accessibility. Moreover, housing offers a
unique insight into the culture of the United States,
furthering opportunity for the trainee to perfect their
English language skills, in a warm and hospitable
environment. The visiting physicians will learn many
things with a host family that will help them better
understand American patients. Some cities have
homestays options which include private room with bed,
desk, lamp, linens, blankets, etc., shared bathroom, wifi,
laundry access, and kitchen usage.
The Concierge service includes identifying and arranging
the homestays, rental fees, and payment processing.
Transportation
Our team or the medical rotation team) can provide
scheduled airport pickups so trainees are not anxious
about navigating transportation upon arrival. We will
provide transportation for moves between housing
options, and return airport transfer is also included. This
service is included in the Concierge package, and is
available a la carte for $40 per transfer with the Basic
package.
In addition, we have partnered with a national account
with ZipCars, a national company that provides cars to
customers on an hourly, weekly or monthly basis. These
vehicles are accessible at various locations throughout
each town or city as well as being fully equipped with
insurance and gas.
Support Services
With the Concierge package, Medical Rotation Medical
Society will provide assistance with SIM card or cell
phone arrangements. In addition, Medical Rotation
Medical Society will be on hand to assist student`s with
their payment programs, which includes assistance in
setting up accounts with the financial institution of their
choice
Language Enhancement Services

COST PER MONTH PER STUDENT IS $1600
Training Costs include:
Application processing; Malpractice insurance for
duration of training; Orientation on HIPPA and
additional resources; Housing referral; Transportation
information; Hands-on, combined outpatient/inpatient
clinical externship; ERAS application assistance;
Housing
Housing options include private room with bed, desk,
lamp, linens, blankets, etc., shared bathroom, wifi,
laundry access, and kitchen usage. From $200 per week.
Transportation
Airport transfer (arrival/departure) to/from housing and
public transportation passes (or shuttle for placements).
$40 per week per person.
Full Concierge Service
All housing and transportation planning, arrangements
and payments taken care of by Medical Rotation Medical
Society. Medial Rotation Medical Society will provide
transportation cards, shuttle reservations if needed, and
assistance with communications and banking
arrangements.
