Use the search tab at the top of the page to find your scientist. The site offers a comprehensive listing, with excellent biographical material including links to further information and some images. Leonardo This site presents detailed information on Leonardo Da Vinci. The site includes drawings of the machines he invented, a gallery of some of his most famous inventions, and a great timeline of his life and work. Thomas Alva Edison (1847 – 1931) Click on the appropriate hyperlinks to get information on the life of Edison. Includes a timeline of his work and some great images. Profiles in courage: Galileo A profile on the Italian astronomer. At the bottom of the page are some links to further information.
