The offices of Admission are charged with aggressive enrollment goals for the fall 2009 semester. To help
meet those goals, the office is experimenting with different recruitment initiatives. One of those initiatives
is purchasing student names and PSAT scores from the testing agency to allow for an earlier outreach to
prospects. The College Board is the primary testing agency for the PSAT test. Additionally, by using the
direct source of personal prospect information, the chances of incorrect/compromised data is almost
eliminated. Therefore, we are requesting to use them as a Sole Source agency.
