8/26/13 8:00am Review zoning ordinance regarding accessory buildings and garages in
Commercial/Residential (C/R) District.
9:00am E-mail to Scott drawings of Cherry Republic with notes.
9:30am E-mail from Chris Frey.
10:30am E-mail response to Chris Frey.
8/27/13 9:00am E-mail to Village deputy clerk.
11:00am Review LSL Transportation Study.
8/31/13 10:00am E-mails to Falk Dorn and Bill Crain regarding septic system sizing for
site on M-22.
9/1/13 10:00am Word process two months ZA Reports to planning commission and email to Village deputy clerk.
9/3/13 6:30pm Arrived in Village; check Fisher Street Storage for individuals living in
unit (nothing found); check free standing sign at Harvest Sunset for compliance (sign
still out of sign compliance).
7:00pm Attend planning commission meeting.
9/4/13 12:00pm Arrived in Village; meeting with Judd Nichols regarding finish of porch
roof and council wanting citations issued; no visible activity at Val Smith Residence; no
clean up or other activity at Steve Miller Site on Wilce Street; garage pad being
excavated at Ensrud Residence.
1:30pm Locate copy of Blacquiere New Neighborhood design review submittal.
2:30pm Processed and mailed citation to Judd Nichols.
9/9/13 1:00pm Phone call from New Neighborhood resident concerning construction
problem.
9/10/13 2:00pm E-mails with Village President regarding New Neighborhood design
review committee submittals.
9/11/13 10:00am E-mail from Village Attorney, review of New Neighborhood PUD.
10:30am E-mail to Planning Commission Chair.
12:00pm Arrived in Village; Drove New Neighborhood, Blacquiere foundation being
installed, excavated dirt placed on lot to the west; work proceeding on the residence at
Michigan in New Neighborhood; checked Steve Miller site on Wilce Street, no changes
evident.
1:00pm Pick up communication from Village Attorney.
2:00pm Received taxes from two Village residents.

3:00pm Meeting with New Neighborhood resident.
3:30pm Meeting with Village Council member regarding transportation study.
4:00pm Acknowledge e-mail from Planning Commission Chair.
4:15pm Meeting with Village President.
5:15pm Check sign at Harvest Sunset for sign compliance, sign has not been changed!
9/12/13 1:00pm Correspondence to Village resident regarding front yard sales.
3:00pm Phone conversation with T. Kruse regarding use of commercial property and
POS ordinance in Village.
9/13/13 9:30am Phone conversation with Village resident regarding sale of commercial
property.
10:30am E-mail to Village President.
9/17/13 12:30pm Arrived in Village; Ensrud garage under construction; no changes at
Nichols, Val Smith or Steve Miller property; Sunset Harvest freestanding sign still out of
compliance.
1:00pm Fisher Street Storage building to the North has been repaved with paved area
extending into storm retention area; six trees at north fence line, next to North Park
have died and need to be replaced; east fence line shrubs need to be watered and
fertilized, extremely limited growth on all ‘vines’ but one to the south.
2:30pm Organize to do list and CIP ideas with Village deputy clerk.
10:30pm E-mail from Blacquieres requesting copy of New Neighborhood PUD be e-mail
to them or faxed to their attorney.
9/18/13 E-mail to Blacquieres discussing e-mail or fax of New Neighborhood PUD and
extreme length of documents (64 pages).
3:00pm E-mail from Mary Blacquiere wanting documents faxed to attorney.
9/20/13 10:00am E-mails with Village President.
9/21/13 12:30pm E-mail to Village deputy clerk regarding copying costs.
1:45pm E-mail from Blacquieres.
2:00pm E-mail forward from Blacquieres’ attorney.
9/22/13 2:00pm Word process ZA report to Village council.
