Leicester have successfully received and tested the cancel and rebook patch. Therefore, the patch is now available for other Clinicom users. Update on Key Issues iSoft have now completed testing the awaited PDS demographic patch. However, the necessary sign-off signatures have not yet been obtained within NHS Connecting for Health and have further delayed availability of the patch to Leicester by one day. Summary of recent patches and availability None specified Site update- one positive PAS related issue, and two major issues Addenbrookes Cerner support allowed the Trust to move forward (suffered from multiple party key issue) and continue to roll out to further specialties. 3 patients have now been sent an ECANX letter in error after a re-booking has occurred. They should, however, have received a REBOOK letter. 1 clinic code with multiple consultants. An operational process has now been put in place. Frimley No major issues. The Trust is keen to go-live with version 1 functionality. 2 specialties will initially be used. Testing is currently progressing well. Surrey Health Informatics Service Ashford & St Peter’s still have Message Handler Service running problems that cause the slot availability to be restricted. GP are therefore unable to successfully book appointment slots that show as available. Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire SHA Kings Lynn Testing has gone well. iSoft has responded well to issues raised. Slot conversion from CAB to manual slot is a concern. Ipswich The Trust is successfully using the Clinicom system and making bookings James Paget A number of problems remain outstanding for the Trust.
