Dear Colleague:
We are currently accepting proposals to present at the 50thAnnual RGVCTM Mathematics Conference on Saturday,
November 7, 2015. Our conference will take place at the University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg,
Texas. To submit a proposal, please complete the attached form, or visit our website at: http://www.rgvctm.org to
download the form.
RGVCTM will reimburse the following expenses:



Materials: (original receipt(s) required) maximum $2 per participant for handouts and consumable materials.
Mileage: paid for a minimum of 2 presentations (paid as per the United States General Services Administration
website (http://www.gsa.gov/portal)
Stipend: $25 per presentation (shared by all presenters)
If you are representing a business or promoting a product, you are welcome to do one or more presentations; however,
all expenses will be incurred by your business. If you are interested in exhibiting, please contact Velma Sanchez at
velmasanchezrgvctm@gmail.com
Please complete the enclosed form and email or mail it to Nancy Trapp. We would greatly appreciate it if you could
return these forms as soon as possible. Reply even if you are unable to present this year, as we would like to keep you
in mind for future conferences. Feel free to share this invitation with your colleagues who may be interested in
presenting at our 50thAnnual Mathematics Conference. RGVCTM looks forward to hearing from you!

reimbursement. If you are representing a business or promoting a product, you are not eligible for reimbursement.
