Father Sean and myself thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas Concerts at our primary school. Congratulations
to all involved, especially our Teachers, Parents and all involved in the organisation. The children were a real inspiration as
they opened up to us the true meaning of Christmas through the ‘little angel and the boy shepherd.’ Please come along to our
Advent Penance Service, Tuesday 20th December at 7.00pm.The Service will include Hymns, Readings, a public examination
of conscience and Individual Confession. Father Louis and Father Gerry will help hearing Confession. This weekend we
celebrate ‘Gaudete Sunday’-the third Sunday of Advent-the joy we now anticipate is expressed in the lighting of the pink
candle and the priest wearing rose coloured vestments. If there are any parishioners needing Gluten free hosts, please let us
know as we now have some. Finally, we welcome the Sixth Form of St.Peters to an Advent Mass here in Church on
Wednesay December 14th at 10.00am.

St.Vincent de Paul Society wish to thank parishioners who have left food and other items in the SVP box. This has enabled deliveries to
